Buyers are responsible for reading over all faqs and terms before purchasing. No acceptions will be allowed. 

Return Policy:

You can return an item within 15 in original packaging. We offer free returns and do not charge a restocking fee. Buyer is responbile for the postage to send back the order. 

Refund Policy:

You are eligible to receive a refund as long items are in original condition and returned within 15 days. Refunds take 2-5 business days to process.

Orders:

Orders are shipped for the US and our China warehouse.

Shipping:

Shipping takes 5-15 business days and can be longer depending on customs. Customs are out of control. Buyers are responsible for all custom fees. 

Partial Orders:

In certain cases you may receive several individual orders if we have limited stock available at that warehouse.
